Return Policy

[1] Refund Terms

1.1. The user must review all the details of the trial explanation and enter the free trial available before making a decision to subscribe to the packages provided by the platform.

1.2. The subscription amount will not be refunded after completing the purchase process, except in cases related to technical problems that have occurred more than 48 hours ago, in which case the user can submit a refund request within [7] days from the date of purchase.

1.3. The user's (student's) account will be suspended immediately after submitting the refund request.

[2] Refund Procedures

2.1. The user must submit a refund request according to the terms specified in the platform.

2.2. An email must be sent to [yaqeentraining@gmail.com] that includes the subscriber's name, mobile number, the explanation subscribed to, the reason for the refund, and bank account information.

2.3. The "Yaqeen" platform reserves the full right, at its absolute discretion, to accept or reject the refund request.

2.4. In the event that a binding or papers are received upon subscription, they must be returned to the branch where they were received and in the same condition in which they were received.

3.1. Refund requests are subject to bank fees, and the amount is returned to the payment method used by the user (student) during the purchase process.

3.2. In the event of a delay in the refund of the due funds, you must first check your bank account and then contact the company that issued your credit card, as it may take some time before the amount is officially transferred.
