- General Terms and Conditions:
• By using the Yaqeen application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all the policies of the application and the established platform. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must not use the application.
• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and policies from time to time, and therefore you must review these terms and conditions periodically. We are not required to contact you or inform you of any changes made to the terms and conditions or application policies.
• As part of our commitment to making the Yaqeen application a place you want to visit constantly, we welcome all your comments on any of the policies or rules we list below.

1- The user needs an account to practice any activity on the Yaqeen application. The user is committed to providing correct and accurate information about himself and updating it continuously. He must also keep his account password well and not leak it to anyone under any circumstances. The user bears full responsibility for everything that happens on his account. Including causing any harm (to us or anyone else) resulting from the user not providing correct information about himself.

2- It is strictly prohibited to share your account login data with anyone else under any circumstances and in any way. If it is proven that you have shared your account login data with anyone else, you acknowledge that you will bear all legal consequences resulting from this violation. The Yaqeen platform and application also reserves the right to permanently block your account without prior notice. And without bearing any responsibility for recovering any money or amounts paid. The Yaqeen platform and application also reserves the right to claim any financial and/or non-financial compensation for all losses and/or damages resulting from sharing your account data with anyone. 3- It is strictly prohibited to save and/or share and/or publish any content of the Yaqeen application to sources outside the platform. This includes - but is not limited to - visual, audio, written content, lectures, lessons, tests, exercises, questions, assignments, educational resources, files, and attachments. In the event that it is proven that any content has been saved, downloaded, shared, or leaked outside the Yaqeen application. You acknowledge and agree that Yaqeen application has the right to take all legal measures against you

4- You have the right to give your opinion about the teacher with complete transparency and credibility. In a way that preserves his dignity. And takes his feelings into account. And does not violate public morals and the platform's controls and regulations. You must respect and appreciate all efforts, no matter what they are. And do not belittle. Or mock. Or despise. Or ridicule people. Or the services provided to you.
5- You acknowledge and agree that the teacher is not obligated to provide additional services to you other than explaining the scientific curriculum according to what is adopted by local universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and what it contains of new changes or updates. Where the rest of the services such as providing reviews. Previous questions. Summaries. And others are considered additional services in the course
6- You acknowledge and agree that the subscription period for the course is one semester. Where your access to all course content expires on the last day of the semester according to the date approved by local universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You also undertake not to transfer, share or leak any content you obtained during the subscription period. And if it is proven that you have published any course content after the end of the subscription period. You agree to bear the legal consequences

All complaints, suggestions and inquiries are received and carefully recorded to ensure that you have a distinctive experience.

Complaints mechanism

 

The purpose of the mechanism:

For the Yaqeen platform to have an administrative system for dealing with beneficiary complaints that ensures:

1. Confidentiality of the complaint.
2.  The beneficiary is not harmed by his complaint.
3.  Speed ​​of resolving the complaint.


Procedures for filing a complaint:

Step One:

If your complaint is related to the explanation, go to the teacher about whom you have a complaint, as many complaints can be dealt with informally through explanation and discussion. It is important to file your complaint as soon as possible and reasonably after the problem occurs so that the resolution procedures can be entered into as quickly as possible, as it may be difficult to restore things to their correct state due to the delay in filing the complaint.

If the complaint is related to technical problems, you can contact us via the Contact Us form and write a complaint in the address and work will be done quickly to resolve it.

Step Two:

If you are still not satisfied with taking the first step or after going to the person directly responsible, it may be possible to deal with the complaint and escalate it officially during the third step.

This mechanism aims to set clear steps for communicating with learners and responding to their educational needs.

The Yaqeen educational platform provides a mechanism for teachers to respond to learners' inquiries during the time period through the following:

2- Direct conversation in the application or platform with the teacher or via e-mail

4- Telegram channel for discussions

Second: Mechanism for responding to learners' inquiries
- Urgent inquiries are responded to through the discussion forums for the course explanation or via WhatsApp 0530352123
- Non-urgent inquiries are responded to via e-mail
- In the event that learners' inquiries are not responded to within the time period specified for the response by the official, the matter is escalated to the relevant administration via e-mail:
